Christopher Harrington has won our PKO event here at bestbet in St. Augustine, taking home the amazing PokerAtlas trophy and $3,000. Various options were discussed for a chop, ICM numbers were considered and rejected along with various schemes for valuing the bounties, and players played on for an hour while the chop discussion continued. In the end everyone decided to get some sleep as most of the players had to work in the morning.
 
PKO events have progressive bounties. In this case, each player's bounty started at $50 and every time a player is busted, the winner gets half their bounty and the other goes on top of their own $50 bounty. By the end the bounty piles can be big enough to make chop agreements hard to manage. Harrington only collected two bounties, but the two bounties combined for more than $600 because they happened late in the tournament when bounties were huge.
 
This event was a ton of fun, and more gregarious than most, and the final table was full of characters. Harrington is a retired aviation engineer who quit working at the age of forty and lives in Orange Park, Florida. The win tonight brings his total live earning to $44,249, with all of his cashes coming in the state of Florida.
